What this notice means
Proposition 65 is a California regulation that requires certain disclosures when exposure to specific substances exceeds limits set by the state.
These limits are very conservative and apply across many everyday products; including foods, supplements, and household items. Seeing this notice does not mean a product is unsafe or unusual.

Why it can appear on wellness products
Small, naturally occurring trace elements exist in the environment. They can be present in soil and water and, in turn, in ingredients used for food and wellness products.
Because modern testing is extremely sensitive, these trace amounts can sometimes be detected even when ingredients are responsibly sourced and products meet established safety standards.
