Colorful Protein Popsicles – Guilt-Free and Sugar-Free Summer Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk

  • 1/3 cup Simply vanilla-flavored protein

  • 2 tbsp spirulina

  • 2 tbsp açaí powder

  • 100g sugar-free chocolate, melted (for topping)

  • 3 drops monk fruit sweetener (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients (except the chocolate and monk fruit) until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

  3. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.

  4. Remove popsicles from molds.

  5. Melt the chocolate and mix in the monk fruit sweetener.

  6. Drizzle the chocolate over the popsicles.

  7. Freeze briefly to set the chocolate coating.

  8. Enjoy your refreshing, nutritious treat!
