Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- ½ cup milk
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 25g Vanilla-Flavored Protein
- Blueberries (for topping)
Instructions
1️⃣ Blend: Add all ingredients (except blueberries) to a blender or mixer and blend until smooth.
2️⃣ Pour & Top: Grease a baking pan, pour in the mixture, and top with blueberries.
3️⃣ Bake: Place in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
4️⃣ Serve: Let cool slightly and serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt if desired. Enjoy warm!
