Unflavored gelatin

Hot water

Almond milk

Dark chocolate (to taste)

1 scoop of Chocolate Protein

Mango (to taste)

Strawberry (to taste)

Optional: 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the gelatin:
Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in hot water following the package instructions. Let it sit until fully dissolved and smooth.
2️⃣ Chocolate Mousse:
Blend almond milk, dark chocolate, and 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein until smooth. Add part of the dissolved gelatin and mix well.
3️⃣ Mango Mousse:
Blend almond milk with mango (and optionally 1 scoop of protein powder). Mix in a portion of the gelatin.
4️⃣ Strawberry Mousse:
Blend almond milk with strawberries (and optionally a scoop of Vanilla Protein). Add the remaining gelatin and blend.
5️⃣ Refrigerate:
Pour each mousse into its own glass or mold. Refrigerate until set. Serve cold and enjoy!
